We offer independent live online tuitions, interactive coaching, and academic concept clarification sessions for students in grades 5–12 and selected college subjects.
Parents or guardians must ensure that students have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to attend live digital sessions. Attendance and punctuality are the responsibility of the student.
Fees must be paid in full in advance before the commencement of the scheduled online sessions or monthly batches. Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateway.
All learning materials, notes, and curriculum details shared during the live sessions are for the personal educational use of the registered student only and must not be distributed.
We reserve the right to alter session timings or substitute educators with prior notice to the parents/students.

For Teachers — Code of Conduct
Teachers must log in to the live digital classroom at least 5 minutes before the scheduled session start time.
Teachers must dress in appropriate, professional clothing during all live video interactions.
Teaching must be done from a quiet, well-lit room with a clutter-free or neutral background.
Teachers must maintain an encouraging, polite, and respectful tone with students and parents.
Teachers must ensure a high-speed internet connection, functional webcam, and clear microphone before every class.
Teachers must inform management at least 4 hours in advance if a live session needs rescheduling.
Handing over a live batch or student login credentials to an unapproved substitute teacher is strictly prohibited.
Communicating with students and parents must only happen through official platform channels; exchanging personal mobile numbers or social media handles is prohibited.
Recording, downloading, or sharing video snippets of live classes or student interactions on personal accounts is forbidden.
All student data, performance scores, and internal learning materials must be kept completely confidential.

Thank you for choosing our online educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.
Fees paid for live online tuition batches, individual sessions, or monthly packages are non-refundable once the sessions have commenced.
If a live session cannot be conducted due to technical failures or connectivity issues on our end, a compensatory makeup session will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. No cash refunds will be issued for such technical disruptions.
If a student misses a scheduled live session without giving at least 24 hours of prior notice, the session will be counted as consumed, and no makeup class or refund will be provided.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by the management prior to the start of the batch, the amount will be processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
