Welcome to our platform. We provide independent live online tuitions, interactive coaching, and academic concept clarification sessions for students in grades 5–12 and selected college subjects. By using our website, services, or participating in our classes, you agree to the following terms.
We offer independent live online tuitions, interactive coaching, and academic concept clarification sessions for students in grades 5–12 and selected college subjects.
Parents or guardians must ensure that students have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to attend live digital sessions. Attendance and punctuality are the responsibility of the student.
Fees must be paid in full in advance before the commencement of the scheduled online sessions or monthly batches. Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateway.
All learning materials, notes, and curriculum details shared during the live sessions are for the personal educational use of the registered student only and must not be distributed.
We reserve the right to alter session timings or substitute educators with prior notice to the parents/students.

For Teachers — Code of Conduct
Teachers must log in to the live digital classroom at least 5 minutes before the scheduled session start time.
Teachers must dress in appropriate, professional clothing during all live video interactions.
Teaching must be done from a quiet, well-lit room with a clutter-free or neutral background.
Teachers must maintain an encouraging, polite, and respectful tone with students and parents.
Teachers must ensure a high-speed internet connection, functional webcam, and clear microphone before every class.
Teachers must inform management at least 4 hours in advance if a live session needs rescheduling.
Handing over a live batch or student login credentials to an unapproved substitute teacher is strictly prohibited.
Communicating with students and parents must only happen through official platform channels; exchanging personal mobile numbers or social media handles is prohibited.
Recording, downloading, or sharing video snippets of live classes or student interactions on personal accounts is forbidden.
All student data, performance scores, and internal learning materials must be kept completely confidential.
By completing your registration on TuitionHub, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Creating an account and registering as a tutor on our platform is 100% free.
Teacher remuneration is entirely fixed and non-negotiable.
Your exact payout rate is determined automatically based on the specific academic grade, subjects, class configuration, and the user's subscription model.
Payouts are disbursed on a bi-weekly basis (once every 15 days) directly to the teacher's bank account, calculated in accordance with the pre-defined fee structure.
As a tutor who may interact with students under the age of 18, you agree to comply fully with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and all applicable child protection laws in India.
You agree to maintain strictly professional conduct at all times during interactions with students, whether online or in person, and to report any concern about a child's safety immediately to TuitionHub.
You consent to identity and background verification as part of TuitionHub's onboarding and ongoing compliance checks.
TuitionHub follows a zero-tolerance policy — any credible complaint of misconduct involving a minor will result in immediate suspension from the platform pending investigation, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
The Tutor explicitly acknowledges and agrees that their association with TuitionHub is strictly that of an independent contractor/freelancer. Registration on the platform does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the Tutor and the Platform.
The Tutor is solely responsible for managing and filing their own income tax and statutory liabilities.
The Platform will issue periodic Payout Summaries for services rendered, and will not provide standard employee benefits, salary slips, or employment certificates.

Thank you for choosing our online educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.
Fees paid for live online tuition batches, individual sessions, or monthly packages are non-refundable once the sessions have commenced.
If a live session cannot be conducted due to technical failures or connectivity issues on our end, a compensatory makeup session will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. No cash refunds will be issued for such technical disruptions.
If a student misses a scheduled live session without giving at least 24 hours of prior notice, the session will be counted as consumed, and no makeup class or refund will be provided.
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by the management prior to the start of the batch, the amount will be processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.

For Teachers
To onboard, verify, manage, and process payouts for teachers, we may collect and securely store the following information:
Personal and demographic information, such as name, contact details, address, and other information provided during registration.
Professional information, including resume/CV, teaching experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
Profile photograph for identification and, where applicable, display on the TuitionHub platform.
Academic certificates and experience letters where required for verification purposes.
Bank account details solely for processing teacher payouts.
We collect and securely store your Permanent Account Number (PAN) to comply with Tax and Statutory Compliance Section 194-O of the Income Tax Act, 1961, as an e-commerce platform facilitating digital payouts. Your PAN will only be used to monitor payout thresholds, calculate and deposit applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS, as applicable), and file required statutory tax returns.
Teacher information is used strictly for profile management, verification, matching teachers with relevant student requests, platform operations, compliance, and processing payouts. Documents such as resumes, academic certificates, experience letters, bank account details, and PAN information are securely stored and are not shared publicly with students, parents, or other teachers. We do not sell, trade, or rent teacher personal information to outside marketers. Only relevant professional/profile information necessary for delivering TuitionHub services may be displayed or shared through the platform.
